Do you want to look behind the scenes of a large company and accompany the entire Talent Acquisition Management? Mere auxiliary work is not challenging enough for you and instead you would like to develop yourself further and take on responsibility? Then you've come to the right place!

YOUR SHOES TO FILL:

• As an organizational talent, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments for telephone, on-site and digital interviews and will be in direct contact with applicants. With your friendliness and reliability, you contribute to a positive candidate experience.
• You will help us to create job postings and reflect our corporate culture.
• You keep track of the latest recruiting trends and solutions with curiosity and regular research and support us in staying up to date.
• Finally, you contribute your ideas to various HR projects - from personnel marketing to employer branding.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

• Enrolled student in economics, business administration, psychology or a comparable field of study
• At least 6 months available
• First practical experience in HR / Recruiting is an advantage
• Interest in recruiting topics and a desire to learn more
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Proactive organizational talent that is not afraid of responsibility and personal responsibility
